St Luke’s Church, Knowsley Road

Welcome to St. Luke’s Church. We are an evangelical church that seeks to serve God and share and show His love.

We place great importance on what The Bible teaches.

Our main worship times are on Sundays at 9.00am and 10.30am.  Please feel free to come and see what happens.  You’ll be made very welcome.

Up and coming worship … (all Sundays unless otherwise stated):

NOVEMBER:

11th: 10.30am Act of Remembrance with Parade.  Join us as we remember those from our parish who gave their lives for our freedom.

18th: 9.00am Communion.  10.30am Cafe Church

25th: 9.00am Morning Worship (Service of the Word).  10.30am Cafe Style Communion

DECEMBER:

2nd: 9.00am Communion.  10.30am Morning Worship

9th: 10.00am Christmas Toy Service. All ages gather to worship.  Please bring a new toy (unwrapped). These will then be distributed to those children locally who might not necessarily receive any gifts at Christmas.

16th: 6.30 pm Carols by Candlelight. Come and join us as we hear again, through carols, readings and drama, about that first Christmas … followed by mince pies.

23rd: 9.00am Morning Worship.  10.30am Communion Cafe Style.

Monday 24th (Christmas Eve): 4.oopm All Age Crib Service.  11.15pm Midnight Communion

Christmas Day: 9.30am Holy Communion followed by an all age time of worship as we wish Jesus a Happy Birthday.

6th  9.00am Communion.  10.30am Morning worship

13th 9.00am Morning Worship.  10.30am Morning Worship

20th 9.00am Communion.  10.30am Cafe Church

27th 10.00am Special Education Sunday Service.  We worship together with our day school – Queen’s Park CE/URC Primary. Everyone welcome.
